When’s the last time you had a room to just play? No pressure, no judgment - just a space to try something new, take risks, and explore your creativity. That’s what ASK A CD is all about. Bring in anything you’ve been dying to work on — a monologue, scene, poem, slam poetry, song, movement, or even an experimental piece you’ve never shared before. Over the course of 3 energized hours, you’ll put your work on its feet in front of a professional Casting Director — and get honest, direct feedback on what’s working and what’s not. But that’s not all: you’ll also get valuable input from your classmates and fellow artists. The room becomes your community, a space to share perspectives, ideas, and support. Plus — if you have marketing materials like headshots, resumes, or reels, bring those too! We’d love to answer your questions and review your materials so you can level up how you present yourself to the industry. This is an actor’s gym, a creative workout, and a jam session all rolled into one. We’re keeping it intimate with just 15 spots, so everyone gets time to shine.
