​Auditions
At S.E.B Casting, we provide a full suite of casting services to work best for your production and budget while ensuring each talent has the ability to shine their brightest in an inclusive, supportive and positive audition environment. We offer self-tape, in person or a combination of both options to identify the most suitable actors for your project.

We will meet your production needs and wants. In this new digital world, we have the ability to cast any project with talent from anywhere, as well as hone in on the brilliance of our local talent pool. We are deeply connected to the Colorado community and have strong ties to outside markets; LA, NYC, Atlanta, New Mexico, Chicago, London, and more. With our expertise, connections and capabilities, we cast a range of projects spanning the globe with top tier talent and rising stars. No project is too big and no production is too small. We support students and independent film makers as well as large budget commercials, movies and television series - Union and Non-Union.
​Studio
We partner with AEC Studio to offer full service in person casting/callback sessions in addition to remote options. With access to two complete casting rooms, state of the art filming, lighting and editing capabilities, a separate video village room, an office for production use, two actor holding spaces and a small kitchenette, we provide a comfortable, professional environment for directors, agency, client and talent.

AEC studio is conveniently located just north of downtown Denver with free parking available. Accessible from both I25 and I70 with nearby restauarnts and hotels, we are the spot for your producion team to collaborate and create.
Presentation
We provide clean, cohesive casting presentations with same day callback and edit select links. Our casting platform enables each member of your creative team to make choices and notes, as well as sort by role, actor or picks directly on the casting session link.
Consultation
We offer expert consultations to assist in casting decisions, providing insights and recommendations based on our industry expertise and extensive knowledge of the actors, ensuring we connect the right talent for each character. Utilizing our long standing relationships with the unions, actors and agencies, we can also assist with talent rate and terms.

S.E.B. Casting, Shauna Earp-Ballinger, is a reputable casting director known for her exceptional eye for talent and dedication to finding the perfect match for every role. With over 30 years experience in the industry, she takes pride in offering personalized and professional casting services tailored to the unique dynamics of every project. ​

After moving to Denver from NYC in 2005, Shauna identified the need for a culture shift to the casting approach in Colorado, leading to the creation of strategies for continuous development and positive coaching/directing methods. This change resulted in increased opportunities for actors delivering higher quality auditions, giving producers/directors more viable choices and better productions over all.
​
Shauna's background in theatre, film and comedy/improv translates to the casting world as a collaborative partner who approaches the craft with humor and a "yes, and" mentality. Her enthusiam and love for this industry are infectious. She proudly created an equitable casting process for all talent regardless of age, experience, gender identity, ethnicity, physical ability or technological skill and frequently offers free coaching to talent struggling to adapt to the changing world of digital casting.
